Glean is more than just a photography business—it's a calling. Rooted in the truth of Scripture, our name comes from the biblical concept of "gleaning," found in passages like Ruth 2, where Ruth humbly gathered what was left behind in the fields. Gleaning represents the beauty of noticing what others overlook, of finding value in what remains, and of taking away something meaningful from every moment. That’s what we strive to do with every photo—capture the lasting, unseen beauty that speaks to the heart.
At Glean, we believe people are God’s masterpiece. Each person is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and our goal is to reflect that truth through the lens. Photography is more than an art form to us; it's worship. It’s a way to highlight the image of God in every soul and to tell stories that deserve to be seen and heard. In every session, I aim to glean: to slow down, to notice, and to honor the unique story within each person. Because when we look closely, there is always something to take away—something God is doing, something worth remembering.

Hi, I’m Reece the heart behind the lens.
I’m a photographer, storyteller, and follower of Jesus who believes God has created me to create. I haven’t always walked with Him, but through the grace of those who spoke into my life, I came to know the One who made me—and everything changed. Now, my mission is simple: to use media as a way to reflect God's love and truth to the world, especially through the lives of the unseen, the overlooked, and the in-between.
My passion for photography goes beyond the visual—it's spiritual. I believe every soul has a story worth telling, and every moment can hold something eternal. Whether you're celebrating a milestone or just want to capture a season of life, I want you to walk away with more than beautiful images, I want you to walk away reminded of your worth.
I’m here to reflect what God is already doing in and through you. Because photography isn’t about creating something out of nothing, it’s about recognizing what’s already there: purpose, beauty, identity, and story. Every person carries something sacred, something eternal, placed there by the Creator Himself.
